# Reach the Right Healthcare Professionals with Automatic Email Selection on Mobile

To improve engagement and response rates, the Life Sciences Cloud mobile app now selects the best opted-in email addresses automatically. Email recipients now also appear in the same order as on the desktop site for a consistent experience across devices. The recipient list is ordered based on the preference rank on contact point email records, with ranked addresses appearing first in ascending order, unranked addresses appearing next, and ties broken alphabetically. Your field users can also select different available email addresses based on your organization's consent settings.

**Where:** This feature is available in the Life Sciences Cloud mobile app for iOS (iPad) in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with Life Sciences Cloud and the Agentforce for Life Sciences Cloud add-on.

**When:** This feature is available starting the week of October 5, 2026.
