Who: Admins or service process designers who deploy and manage workflows need the Agentforce HR Service license. To use the workflows, your users need the Employee Hub Unified Employee User license.
How: In the Unified Catalog app, select the Templates tab to view templates. Choose a template, review the details, and then click Install.
