# Deploy HR Workflows Faster with Added Service Templates to Your HR Workflow Library

Cover more employee scenarios out of the box with five templates added to the HR Service workflow library, such as shift swaps, timecard corrections, and direct deposit updates. These templates route requests to the right system and track them through resolution, so your team doesn't need to build the underlying case logic.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Agentforce HR Service and Unified Catalog.

**Who:** Admins or service process designers who deploy and manage workflows need the Agentforce HR Service license. To use the workflows, your users need the Employee Hub Unified Employee User license.

**How:** In the Unified Catalog app, select the Templates tab to view templates. Choose a template, review the details, and then click **Install**.
