Resolve Student Absences with the Attendance Management Agent

Keep student attendance records accurate and campus teams aligned with automated absence tracking. Use a Marketing Cloud Next event-triggered flow to send families text messages (SMS). Build an inbound Omni-Channel flow that directs them to explain unexpected absences in a natural conversation with a voice agent. The Attendance Management Agent captures the parent's explanation and updates the student's official attendance record. It then notifies the responsible instructor in Slack right away. Both families and instructors get the same picture of where students are and why.
