Keep Student Records Accurate as Curricula Evolve with Course Versioning

Capture course changes without rewriting students' academic history or duplicating course records. Registrars create another version of a course when they rename the course, change credits, or update prerequisites to maintain a clear record of changes. Preserve the version that a student completed across their progress and degree audits, while running multiple versions simultaneously to serve different cohorts. Because any version satisfies the same program requirement, program plans remain accurate as courses evolve.
