Use the Data 360 Marketing Agent to build segment audiences from a natural-language description. Describe what you want, and the agent works in the Agentforce panel to complete the request. In this release, the agent creates a segment from your description, or adds filters to a segment you have open on the segment canvas.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
When: This feature is available starting in August 2026.
How: The Data 360 Marketing Agent is available by default to all users who have the required permission set. Go to the Segments page, click the Agentforce icon in the global header, and select Data 360 Marketing Agent.To disable the feature, go to Data Cloud Setup. In the Quick Find box, type Feature Manager and select it. Click Disable next to Data 360 Marketing Agent.
