# Segment Audiences with the Data 360 Marketing Agent

Use the Data 360 Marketing Agent to build segment audiences from a natural-language description. Describe what you want, and the agent works in the Agentforce panel to complete the request. In this release, the agent creates a segment from your description, or adds filters to a segment you have open on the segment canvas.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

**When:** This feature is available starting in August 2026.

**How:** The Data 360 Marketing Agent is available by default to all users who have the required permission set. Go to the Segments page, click the **Agentforce icon** in the global header, and select **Data 360 Marketing Agent**.To disable the feature, go to Data Cloud Setup. In the Quick Find box, type **Feature Manager** and select it. Click **Disable** next to Data 360 Marketing Agent.
