Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Automotive Cloud and the Collections and Recovery capability.
Who: Users need the Automotive Foundation User, Vehicle and Asset Finance Foundation, and Industries Repossession Management permission sets.
How: From a repossession record in the Repossession Console app, place a hold to pause enforcement actions. Specify the hold reason, expected duration, and any conditions for release. When the hold condition is resolved, release the hold to resume the repossession workflow.
