Use guided flows to schedule, reschedule, and cancel onsite and field appointments for visits, interactions, or service appointments. Guests can verify their identity by email and manage appointments without creating an account. Constituents can manage upcoming appointments, and attendees can join group appointments from an invitation link.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and supported Experience Cloud sites in Enterprise and Unlimited editions where Agentforce Public Sector is enabled. An add-on license for Workforce Scheduling is also required.
How: Add the appropriate Workforce Scheduling flows and appointment components to supported record pages, actions, and Experience Cloud sites. In Flow Builder, clone the standard flows to customize fields, default values, and screens.
