Manage onsite and field work from one console with Gantt, list, and map views. Dispatchers can review resource availability and travel time, schedule work with drag-and-drop, and identify scheduling-policy violations. Dispatchers can also schedule appointments, optimize resources, automatically schedule work, and find qualified candidates for field work.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions where Agentforce Public Sector is enabled. An add-on license for Workforce Scheduling is also required.
Why: Dispatchers and supervisors get a unified command center that orchestrates field and onsite work from one interface, instead of stitching together separate dispatch tools or third-party solutions. Monitor live operations, take real-time scheduling actions, and resolve exceptions such as unexpected absences or overlapping appointments to improve SLA compliance.
How: From the App Launcher, open the Workforce Scheduling Operations Console. Then select territories and a time range to review and manage work.
