Use the Workforce Scheduling agent to coordinate appointment management tasks across onsite and field work. The agent can schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments and provide appointment information.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions where Agentforce Public Sector is enabled. An add-on license for Workforce Scheduling is also required.
When: The Workforce Scheduling agent is available on a rolling basis starting in Winter '27.
How: From the App Launcher, open Agentforce Studio, and then select Agents. Select New Agent, and then select the Workforce Scheduling agent template.
