Tooling API Changed Calls and Resources

These resources are new or have changes.

New REST Resources

Get Apex type information with the Apex Symbol API (Beta)
Make a GET request to the new /services/data/v.XX.X/tooling/symbols resource.
Retrieve compilation results for invalid Apex classes or triggers
Make a POST request to the new /services/data/vXX.X/tooling/apexCompileResults resource.

Changed REST Resources

Filter Test Discovery API results by test level
Make a GET request to the existing /services/data/vXX.X/tooling/tests resource. The new query parameter is testLevel. It replaces the deprecated showAllMethods parameter, which is availabe only in API version 67.0 and earlier.
