To expand the reach of Dynamic Routing, we are continuously adding local phone numbers in more countries throughout this release.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 Editions, and Salesforce Voice add-ons.
When: This table lists the dates on which we added local numbers for additional countries.

How: To connect to the voice-enabled agent, call the
