# Global Expansion for Agentforce Voice with Dynamic Routing

To expand the reach of Dynamic Routing, we are continuously adding local phone numbers in more countries throughout this release.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 Editions, and [Salesforce Voice add-ons](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.voice_editions.htm&language=en_US&type=5).

**When:** This table lists the dates on which we added local numbers for additional countries.

| --- | --- |
| Columbia and Singapore | October 8, 2026 |
| Japan | September 3, 2026 |
| Ireland, Israel, and Mexico | August 14, 2026 |

**How:** To connect to the voice-enabled agent, call the `reserveRoutableNumber` API, and then forward the call to the local number.
