Shift segment editing continues to be available in the existing Shifts page
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions. Workforce Management is available for an additional cost as an add-on license.
Who: Users with the Shift Scheduling Planner and Workforce Engagement Planner permission sets can create, assign, and manage shifts using Schedule Manager. Users with the Shift Scheduling permission can view and edit shifts.
How: From the App Launcher, find and select Schedule Manager. Select a view and timeline to manage shifts, assignments, and workforce availability.
