We group these models as Salesforce Voice with Telephony Providers to distinguish them from our native Salesforce Voice. The updated telephony model names appear automatically for you and provide a consistent terminology experience across your setup.

How: The updated names appear automatically in the UI, and no setup is required. The updated telephony model names are:

- Service Cloud Voice with Partner Telephony is now Salesforce Voice with Partner Telephony.
- Service Cloud Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect is now Salesforce Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect.
