# Track Your Telephony Models with New Salesforce Voice Names

As Service Cloud Voice becomes Salesforce Voice to take advantage of the latest AI innovations and capabilities, we are also renaming its underlying telephony models. We group these models as Salesforce Voice with Telephony Providers to distinguish them from our native Salesforce Voice. The updated telephony model names appear automatically for you and provide a consistent terminology experience across your setup.

**Where:** This change is available in Salesforce orgs with these [telephony models](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.voice_telephony_models.htm&type=5&language=en_US).

- Salesforce Voice with Amazon Connect
- Salesforce Voice with Partner Telephony
- Salesforce Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect

**How:** The updated names appear automatically in the UI, and no setup is required. The updated telephony model names are:

- Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect is now Salesforce Voice with Amazon Connect.
- Service Cloud Voice with Partner Telephony is now Salesforce Voice with Partner Telephony.
- Service Cloud Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect is now Salesforce Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect.
