View full record details without leaving your current Setup page. Instead of opening a new Setup tab, expand the Setup with Agentforce side panel to review details in context. If you need more space to view details, you can open the conversation in a new Setup page.
Where: This feature is available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 editions.
When: This change is effective July 2026.
How: In Setup, open Agentforce and ask a question that returns results that can be
expanded, such as the details of a record or a list of permission sets or new users. In the
Agentforce panel, click View Details or 
to expand it and see more information, while remaining on the Setup page you were
viewing. You can also click an item in a list view to expand the panel.
