Who: Administrators with access to Salesforce Maps Advanced settings.
How: From the Maps Advanced configuration page, create a new Advanced Routing Profile. Adjust the priorities for the constraints, such as Travel Time, Visit Spacing, and Time-in-Store. Then assign profiles using permission groups.
