Who:
- Admins with the Prompt Template Manager permission set can create and manage the prompt template to build and activate new agents.
- Users with the Prompt Template User permission set can access and run the prompt template.
- Users with the Programs Assistive AI permission set can use the Program Management generative AI features.
- Users with the Advanced Program Management or the Education Cloud Full Access permission sets can use Program Management.
