# Prepare for Client Meetings Faster with Agent-Prepared Participant Summaries

Review a participant’s history and program involvement in seconds by using the Participant Summary subagent of the Participant Management agent. The subagent analyzes recent interaction notes, benefit disbursements, upcoming tasks, and related records to provide a consolidated view of a client’s progress. Use these insights to foster more empathetic conversations and focus your time on the participant's immediate needs rather than manual research.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Professional, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Program Management is enabled.

**When:** The Participant Summary subagent is available starting the week of June, 5, 2026.

**Who:**

- Admins with the Prompt Template Manager permission set can create and manage the prompt template to build and activate new agents.
- Users with the Prompt Template User permission set can access and run the prompt template.
- Users with the Programs Assistive AI permission set can use the Program Management generative AI features.
- Users with the Advanced Program Management or the Education Cloud Full Access permission sets can use Program Management.
