Act on Agentforce order disruption insights directly from Slack without switching to the Salesforce dashboard. The Salesforce Order Management app delivers the top five insights to your designated Slack channel to help you respond faster and protect customer delivery promises.
Where: This change applies to Order Management in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
How: To enable Slack alerts, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Feature Settings and select Order Management. Select Setup and enter your Slack Channel ID.
