Provide a flexible, secure meeting experience for sales reps and healthcare professionals (HCPs) by using Microsoft Teams as the video conferencing platform for remote visits, now generally available. Automatically generate Microsoft Teams meeting links, send email invitations, and keep calendars in sync when sales reps schedule, update, or cancel remote visits. To reduce friction and align with organizational requirements, HCPs can join remote sessions with their existing Microsoft Teams accounts. Sales reps conduct meetings directly in the Microsoft Teams app, while Life Sciences Customer Engagement manages visit records and captures engagement metrics for the content shared, improving data accuracy and saving your users’ time.

How: From the Admin Console in Life Sciences Commercial, select Remote Engagement, and then select Microsoft Teams Settings. Select the remote visit channel to use for Microsoft Teams meetings, and choose whether to deliver invitation emails from Microsoft Teams, Life Sciences Customer Engagement, or both.
