# Conduct Remote Visits with Microsoft Teams (Generally Available)

Provide a flexible, secure meeting experience for sales reps and healthcare professionals (HCPs) by using Microsoft Teams as the video conferencing platform for remote visits, now generally available. Automatically generate Microsoft Teams meeting links, send email invitations, and keep calendars in sync when sales reps schedule, update, or cancel remote visits. To reduce friction and align with organizational requirements, HCPs can join remote sessions with their existing Microsoft Teams accounts. Sales reps conduct meetings directly in the Microsoft Teams app, while Life Sciences Customer Engagement manages visit records and captures engagement metrics for the content shared, improving data accuracy and saving your users’ time.

**Where:**

- Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Life Sciences Cloud license and the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement add-on license, and where the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement managed package is installed.
- Life Sciences Cloud mobile app for iOS (iPad only).

**How:** From the Admin Console in Life Sciences Commercial, select **Remote Engagement**, and then select **Microsoft Teams Settings**. Select the remote visit channel to use for Microsoft Teams meetings, and choose whether to deliver invitation emails from Microsoft Teams, Life Sciences Customer Engagement, or both.
