The presentation player now opens as a subtab instead of a full-page window in the Service Console. Sales reps get a uniform view across the Visit Engagement experience with less page switching and fewer clicks. They can navigate between presentation materials, visit details, and related case or accounts records without closing their active window to deliver a more informed and personalized sales experience.
