Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with Agentforce IT Service that has Hardware Asset Management enabled.
When: This change is available when Agentforce IT Hardware Asset Management becomes generally available in the Summer ’26 release.
Why: Digital Wallet provides a clear view of your managed hardware assets against your purchased entitlement. Monitor consumption trends during the billing cycle and automatically exclude disposed assets from your active usage counts.
How: To use IT Hardware Asset Management credits, contact your Salesforce account executive about upgrading to Agentforce IT Hardware Asset Management. Usage details are available in Digital Wallet through consumption cards.
