# Track IT Hardware Asset Management Usage with Subscription-Based Billing

Monitor IT Hardware Asset Management usage based on the number of eligible managed IT hardware assets in your org. Consumption is metered through Salesforce Digital Wallet, giving visibility into asset counts and usage trends over time.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with Agentforce IT Service that has Hardware Asset Management enabled.

**When:** This change is available when Agentforce IT Hardware Asset Management becomes generally available in the Summer ’26 release.

**Why:** Digital Wallet provides a clear view of your managed hardware assets against your purchased entitlement. Monitor consumption trends during the billing cycle and automatically exclude disposed assets from your active usage counts.

**How:** To use IT Hardware Asset Management credits, contact your Salesforce account executive about upgrading to Agentforce IT Hardware Asset Management. Usage details are available in Digital Wallet through consumption cards.
