Optimize license investment by configuring alerts to proactively manage both potential license shortfalls and unused assignments. Set thresholds to receive notifications when license assignment percentages are running high to determine if you require more licenses or can identify licenses that can be reclaimed and reallocated across your organization.

Who: License Utilization is available to users with the View License Utilization user permission.
How: From the App Launcher, find and select Automations. From the Flows tab, click New, then enter License Utilization in Search to locate and select the License Utilization flow templates.
