Call center reps now have more granular control over session composition by approving new joiners and removing unnecessary participants. This approach provides more focused collaboration during video interactions while strengthening session security and privacy.
Where: This feature is available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with the Field Service managed package and Visual Remote Assistant installed.
How: Call center reps can start a session from the Invite Page, in the Video Conferencing tab. They then share the link with the customer and other participants. During an active session, call center reps can approve pending join requests or remove participants who are no longer needed.
