Where: This feature is available in Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with the Field Service managed package installed.
How: In Setup, go to Field Service Settings and verify that Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization is enabled. On the Travel Modes tab, create or edit a Light Truck or Heavy Truck profile. Enter a Travel Time Scaling Factor between 0.1 and 10. For example, a factor of 1.2 increases estimated travel time by 20%, while 0.9 decreases it by 10%.
