The new Agentforce Builder now supports Field Service Dispatching agents, so you can create an agent to give dispatchers an immediate overview of today’s critical service appointments. Dispatchers see which appointments require immediate attention directly from the Agentforce panel. Dispatchers can also ask Agentforce to create appointment list filters based on summary categories or other search criteria.
Where: This feature is available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Field Service and Foundations. Also available with Einstein 1 Field Service Edition or Agentforce 1 Field Service Edition.
When: The Field Service Dispatching agent is available in the new Agentforce Builder starting on July 20, 2026.
