Unauthenticated Experience Cloud guest users can no longer access the Einstein Models API. Requests from these users now return an HTTP 403 response.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 editions.
When: This change is available starting the week of August 24, 2026.
Who: This change affects unauthenticated guest users on public Experience Cloud sites that access the Einstein Models API. Authenticated and licensed user access to Einstein and Agentforce isn’t affected.
How: No customer action is required. This change is applied automatically. Requests from unauthenticated Experience Cloud guest users now return an HTTP 403 response.
