# Einstein Models API Access Restricted for Experience Cloud Guest Users

Unauthenticated Experience Cloud guest users can no longer access the Einstein Models API. Requests from these users now return an HTTP 403 response.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 editions.

**When:** This change is available starting the week of August 24, 2026.

**Who:** This change affects unauthenticated guest users on public Experience Cloud sites that access the Einstein Models API. Authenticated and licensed user access to Einstein and Agentforce isn’t affected.

**How:** No customer action is required. This change is applied automatically. Requests from unauthenticated Experience Cloud guest users now return an HTTP 403 response.
