The agent provides immediate and accurate responses to common financial aid questions, delivering reliable information to help users make financial aid decisions faster.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license and the applicable Agentforce add-on license are enabled.
When: The Financial Aid Inquiry Agent is generally available starting in August 2026.
Who: Users with the Education Cloud Full Access permission set can configure the Financial Aid Inquiry agent. Additionally, logged-in student users can use the Financial Aid Inquiry agent.
How: In Setup, find and select Set Up Education Cloud. Enable Turn On Financial Aid Inquiry Agent.
