# Streamline Support with the New Financial Aid Inquiry Agent

Use the Financial Aid Inquiry Agent to assist prospective students, applicants, current students, and staff with inquiries related to financial aid, including questions about policies, processes, application statuses, and outstanding requirements. The agent provides immediate and accurate responses to common financial aid questions, delivering reliable information to help users make financial aid decisions faster.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license and the applicable Agentforce add-on license are enabled.

**When:** The Financial Aid Inquiry Agent is generally available starting in August 2026.

**Who:** Users with the Education Cloud Full Access permission set can configure the Financial Aid Inquiry agent. Additionally, logged-in student users can use the Financial Aid Inquiry agent.

**How:** In Setup, find and select **Set Up Education Cloud**. Enable **Turn On Financial Aid Inquiry Agent**.
