Where: This feature is available in Lightning Experience and the Salesforce Field Service mobile app in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Timesheets and Labor Cost Optimization.
How: From Setup, go to Advanced Timesheets and Labor Cost Optimization Settings,
and select Create idle time entries instead of closing
gaps.
