Who: Agency employees need the Public Sector Foundation-Advanced user-license. Individual constituents need Customer Community for Public Sector community license.
Users must have the Outbound Payment Access for Public Sector Solutions permissions set. Experience Cloud users require the Outbound Payment Access for Public Sector Solutions for Experience Cloud Users permission set.
