# Track Public Sector Outbound Payments and Financial Disbursements

Centralize the tracking of financial transactions for benefit programs, social insurance, and provider management. Use the Outbound Payments data model and the Generate Payment Instructions invocable action to generate payment instructions for external finance systems. Accurate payment tracking helps your agency maintain a detailed audit trail and improve the transparency of approved payments in Agentforce Public Sector.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Agentforce Public Sector, formerly Public Sector Solutions, is enabled.

**Who:** Agency employees need the Public Sector Foundation-Advanced user-license. Individual constituents need Customer Community for Public Sector community license.

Users must have the Outbound Payment Access for Public Sector Solutions permissions set. Experience Cloud users require the Outbound Payment Access for Public Sector Solutions for Experience Cloud Users permission set.
