Your voice agents now deliver sharper transcription and better natural speech output—no configuration or restart required. Transcription is more accurate in noisy environments, with accented speech, and with specialized terminology. Non-English personas also now support custom International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) or Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) pronunciations, giving them the same customization options as English-speaking agents.
Where: Available in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 Editions, and Salesforce Voice add-ons.
When: This change is available starting the week of June 1, 2026.
Why: Transcription accuracy is noticeably better in noisy environments, with accented speech, and with specialized terminology. Voice output is more natural and human-sounding, and multilingual fidelity is better across all supported languages, including languages that are currently in beta. Transcription accuracy improvements apply to English personas.
