You can now build, customize, and deploy voice-enabled service agents in the new Agentforce Builder. Use Agent Scripts and multi-step workflows within the new builder to build your voice-enabled agents.
Where: Available in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 Editions, and Service Cloud Voice add-ons.
When: Creating voice-enabled agents in the new Agentforce Builder is available starting the week of May 11, 2026.
How: Launch Agentforce Studio app, and create a new agent. Launch your new agent and in the Explorer panel, click Add connections (1), and click Voice Settings (2) to customize the voice for your agent.
