# Create and Deploy Voice Enabled Agents in the New Agentforce Builder

You can now build, customize, and deploy voice-enabled service agents in the new Agentforce Builder. Use Agent Scripts and multi-step workflows within the new builder to build your voice-enabled agents.

**Where:** Available in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 Editions, and [Service Cloud Voice add-ons](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.voice_editions.htm&language=en_US&type=5).

**When:** Creating voice-enabled agents in the new Agentforce Builder is available starting the week of May 11, 2026.

**How:** Launch Agentforce Studio app, and create a new agent. Launch your new agent and in the Explorer panel, click **Add connections (1)**, and click **Voice Settings (2)** to customize the voice for your agent.
