Agentforce Studio's Insights page is retiring in July 2026. Observability data moves to Analytics dashboards for a comprehensive view of session and intent analysis. Agentforce Observability also now uses your org-level LLM provider selection.

Why: This update streamlines the observability experience by consolidating dashboards and session analysis into a single, comprehensive view in Analytics dashboards.
How: After the Insights page retires, view all agent observability information in Analytics dashboards, which include a comprehensive view and deep dive for session and intent analysis. LLM Provider Selection: Agentforce Observability now uses the org-level selected LLM provider for commercial organizations. If your organization has a provider override, that setting continues to take precedence. For Government Cloud (Civilian) organizations, Claude Sonnet 4.5 is used regardless of model selection.
