When: Retail Execution Visit Assistant is available starting the week of February 23, 2026.
Who: Users with the Consumer Goods Cloud Spring ’26 managed package installed and with the required permission sets to access the agent. See Permission Sets from Summer ’24.
How: In Setup, create an agent using the Retail Execution Visit Assistant template in the Agentforce settings. Users can access the agent using the Ask Agentforce icon on the Consumer Goods Cloud desktop and mobile app.
