# Boost Sales and Efficiency with AI-Driven Retail Execution Insights

Gain comprehensive account insights and identify product upsell opportunities with Retail Execution Visit Assistant. Set up the agent using the preconfigured template with four specialized topics to retrieve and summarize retail execution data from orders, visits, audits, and customer tasks. Your users can quickly access summaries of account performance, account compliance, last visit details, and product upsell suggestions.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, Einstein 1, and Agentforce 1 editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud add-on licenses.

**When:** Retail Execution Visit Assistant is available starting the week of February 23, 2026.

**Who:** Users with the Consumer Goods Cloud Spring ’26 managed package installed and with the required permission sets to access the agent. See [Permission Sets from Summer ’24](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_permsets_re_from_summer24.htm&language=en_US).

**How:** In Setup, create an agent using the Retail Execution Visit Assistant template in the Agentforce settings. Users can access the agent using the Ask Agentforce icon on the Consumer Goods Cloud desktop and mobile app.
