Potential participants can now browse your programs and benefits on an Experience Cloud site without creating an account. Guest users can explore your offerings to determine if a program is a good match. When they’re ready, they can easily submit a referral to begin the intake process, which reduces friction and increases engagement with your nonprofit.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and the Salesforce mobile app for iOS and Android in all editions, except Database.com, where Program Management is enabled.
Who: Unauthenticated users with these permissions can browse programs and benefits on an Experience Cloud site.
- Apply the Program Management Guest Access permission set to the Guest User profile.
- Share Program, Benefit Type, and Referral objects with the Guest User profile.
