# Lower the Barrier to Entry with Guest Access for Program Management

Potential participants can now browse your programs and benefits on an Experience Cloud site without creating an account. Guest users can explore your offerings to determine if a program is a good match. When they’re ready, they can easily submit a referral to begin the intake process, which reduces friction and increases engagement with your nonprofit.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience and the Salesforce mobile app for iOS and Android in all editions, except Database.com, where Program Management is enabled.

**Who:** Unauthenticated users with these permissions can browse programs and benefits on an Experience Cloud site.

- Apply the Program Management Guest Access permission set to the Guest User profile.
- Share Program, Benefit Type, and Referral objects with the Guest User profile.
