The new Intake app guides intake coordinators through a more efficient enrollment process with the Create Application flow to create new intakes quickly. When enrolling a participant in multiple programs, form sections are now deduplicated, so your users only enter overlapping information once. Separately, the Complete Application flow automates the creation of enrollment records and cases, which provides a smooth hand-off to case managers.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Program Management is enabled.
Who: Users with the Advanced Program Management, Form Framework User, Action Plans, and the Track Application permission sets can track participants through the intake process.
