You can now activate and deactivate enhanced SMS messaging channels in both sandbox and production environments, either in bulk using a CSV file or individually at the record level.
Where: This change applies to Enhanced SMS channels. View supported editions.
Why: Use this feature to test SMS codes in the sandbox org and then use the code in the production org to send SMS messages to your customers.
