Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Unlimited, Enterprise, and Performance Editions with Agentforce IT Service where Salesforce CMDB & Service Graph is enabled.
Who: To import configuration items, users must have the IT Service Configuration Item Type Manager permission.
Why: Import is a primary onboarding method for CMDB. Better mapping and clearer validation reduce rework and help teams configure their CMDB faster.
How: From the Salesforce CMDB & Service Graph app, you can go to Import Configuration Items or All Configuration Items to import CIs.
