Who: To create CI attributes and attribute sets, users must have the IT Service Configuration Item Type Manager permission
Why: A unified workspace to reduce setup time and eliminate confusion between attributes and attribute sets. Admins can configure CI models more consistently and maintain attribute definitions more easily
How: From the App Launcher, open the Salesforce CMDB & Service Graph app. In the navigation pane, go to CI Attributes Manager.
